Home health care is a wide range of health care services that can be given in your home for an illness or injury. Home health care is usually less expensive, more convenient, and just as effective as care you get in a hospital or skilled nursing facility (SNF).

Mobile medical visits to homes, senior living, and assisted living facilities in the greater Los Angeles area to provide necessary health care for patient
Skilled Nursing Services
Provide a range of skilled nursing services in the home including implementation of the individualized treatment course, patient education, wound dressing, administration of injectable medications, IV infusions and most important continuing health evaluation
Physical & Occupational Therapists
Physical Therapists, Occupational therapists are especially trained to provide treatment, evaluations, and education as ordered by your attending physicians.
Social Workers
Social workers assess patients' need, educate them, in addition empowering the persons to make better decisions regarding patients' situation/condition
Caregiver Support
We help patient to meet qualified in Home Supportive Service Person or Private Care Giving Services to remain safely in your own home
Certified Home Health Aides
We provide home care services by Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to assist patients at home with personal hygiene, activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, and grooming) and other personal assistance duties
